Early in - not much progress

I’m off to my parents place in a few for some unabashed gluttony.  Crab legs and casseroles and baked goods will be eaten and there will be no shame in it.  I wont be back until late tomorrow evening so I figured I’d go ahead and weigh in now.

 211.  That’s down 1 pound for the week. 

 I’m happy with that.  My calorie intake has been about the same, 1200-1500 a day, but my body is screaming for more activity.  The treadmill’s warranty is about to be tested.

    I hear ya. I have plans of being good — but as I type this there are a lot of great smells going on it my parents’ home — I may have to stray some. I won’t go crazy (I’m making some whole grain rice in lieu of my favorite food of all time, scalloped potatoes)and I will feel guilty (which I suppose is good), but I will exceed my normal limit for sure.
