Not Proud, Not Embarassed
about my control over Christmas. Stuffing was my one weakness, I love that stuff. Not sure about the caloric content, but if I crave it I’m sure it’s high. I had some alcohol breakdowns too, doing a little drinking with the fellas on Christmas Eve. I did get to the gym this morning so the “blah” feeling is starting to fade a little. Back to rabbit food for lunch today.

Not bad — but it’s time to step things up to a new level, my friend. The holidays are over (besides one night of boozing on Sunday). Set a weekly goal for a couple of weeks to lose 5 or more pounds a week or something similar. You should be able to do that now that you’re working out and now that you’re NOT going to cheat, right?

By stuffing do you mean the kind you eat, as in Stove Top, or the kind where you shovel food in your face….
Come on man, you can dooooooooo eeeeeeeeet! (If you have seen Water Boy, that was my Rob Schnieder for ya)

Stuffing as in stove top. But I did stuff it in my face with a shovel.
