By my calculation

We have lost 84 pounds as a group. That puts us 42% towards our goal. Cody and Steve are leading the losers followed by Rob and Josh and finally myself sucking the hind tit. Keep up the good work fellas!!

Barrier broken!

Didn’t think I had that great of a week (cheated once, overate another time), and also I lifted weight four times which also could move the scale up instead of down. But I weighed in this morning at 199, down 1.5 from last week. Huzzah!

Ouch

I cheated some this week, and it showed big on the scale.  I weighed in last night after a hard workout and still was hitting 282.  I tried this morning after a little fasting and the scale had the same dissapointing weight.  282 it is boys.  Hard at it this week.
