Back in the right direction
Down 2 pounds to 280. I am a little frustrated because I worked so hard this week, but I reversed the upward trend and am setting myself up for a huge week next time. The Detox diet is still going strong and I started lifting weights and using the treadmill this week as well. I’m sore as all get out but I feel better than I have in a long time. Good clean living will do that, I suppose.

Actually, I thought I was responding to you when I was actually responding to Rob. Oh well, same sentiments — nice turnaround, keep it up and pounds will start dropping faster than fools who don’t rekkanize.

I am new to your site and was wondering what is the overall diet you all are using? Is is low fat, low carb, low calorie or what? Is there a game plan or are all you just kinda doing whatever works best for you?

We are not all on the same diet in that we eat the same meuns, but all of us are doing a low fat, low calorie diet. I got a slow start over the holidays so I am currently eating vegetarian for a couple of weeks to give myself a jump start and get back in it.
In general we are counting our calories and trying to be more active. Hopefully this will lead to a more healthy lifestyle even after the contest is over.
