Solid week
Lots of exercise in the last couple of weeks is really driving my weight down. I’m doing a 4 on 1 off schedule of 35-40 fairly intense minutes on the treadmill and light weights. I’m looking to up the weight portion of my routine in the next couple of weeks. Anyway, the scale on the floor says 208. My goal for January is to be under 200 by months end.
