The General drops 5
Finally got the good week I was shooting for to get me on a roll…weighed in at 204 this morning and was very happy with that. I’ve been working out at the gym, although last week I only made it there twice. Will make it thereĀ 5 times this week, so I’ve still got plenty of room to improve. My progress this week, I’m sure, comes from restricting my eating later in the day. Don’t think I ate a thing after 7 p.m., which makes a huge difference for me. Also, I started cooking up egg beaters in the a.m., which, for at least one meal, cuts a lot of excess carbs out of my diet and replaces with with protein.

Super Job. I am SO proud of The General
I am glad all the hard work is paying off. I know it is hard to not eat in the evenings because for so long he would have a meal at 7 or 8 or sometimes even 9pm. With dinner usually at 5:30 or 6:00 that is a long time of not eating!
