New Recipe

I made some curried lentils last night and they were outstanding. Not as exciting as a juicy burger, but for a vegetarian meal it packed in a lot of flavor. It is cheap, simple, and quick which makes for a great week night meal. You can find the recipe here or check out the what we’re eating section of the site for more inspiration. We also post some ideas on the main page from time to time and those can be filtered easily by using the Recipes/Foods link to the right.

Keeping variety in your diet is one of the challenges of losing weight. If you have a favorite healthy meal feel free to include it in the comments section below or on the what we’re eating page. If it meets with the Beasts approval we will move it to a post or page of its own.
