Side benefit
As a result of my weight loss and, in turn, my lowered blood pressure, I was informed today that I was FINALLY able to get health insurance after over 9 months of trying. All of the companies had been denying me due to high blood pressure, but that has come down to normal ranges since the weight has started coming off.
It’s a great relief. Now I can resume my hobby of being a weekend trapeze artist.

That’s good news! It’s gotta be tough going around without insurance. I don’t know about you but I’m liking the exercise more and more every day. I’m guessing the exercise is doing to most to drive down the BP, right? I haven’t measured lately but I’m certain the positive effects are kicking in for me too.

Just the weight loss is doing wonders for it. It was plummeting before I even started exercising, when I’d lost a bunch from eating well.
I am very used to the exercise and do not mind it a bit. My body still aches when I’m not exercising, and I hope that goes away, but I’m into it now and don’t see any burnout in the forecast. Once I get to my goal, I’ll back off to only a few days a week instead of the 5 or 6 I’m doing now.
