Steppin’ to the P.M.

I joined a new gym yesterday that has 24hr access.  Nothing against the Y, but with my schedule it makes it impossible to work out for any length of time unless I get up at 5:30 am.  I have to be honest, sometimes I did and MOST times I didn’t.  This gym is very good.  I like the treadmills and eliptical more, but the bikes suck.  The nautilus is all brand new and the freeweight stuff is all brand new.  I was there last night until 10:45.  Just me, my MP3, and lots of sweat.  Lookout Beats, I shoulda done this a long time ago.

    You’re doing it now and that’s what matters. You’re starting to hit it hard while there’s still plenty of time to make the goal. Now hit it as much as possible and it’ll start to fly off (the weight I mean).
