Flirting with 200
Weighed in at 200.5 this morning, for a loss of 2.5 pounds. An ideal week, if you ask me — good eating, 5 nights of good Stairmaster work and even a 9-ounce filet and a few bites of chocolate cake for my cheat meal, and still lost 2.5. Not bad!
I’ll start the weights today or tomorrow, and hopefully I’ll follow The Monk’s path of adding muscle and still shedding the weight.

Good job — still stiff arming the Monk. Good battle for you too — good motivation I’m sure.
