Metabolism kicking in
Hot damn. Another good week. I weighed in at 202.5 just a minute ago. The work outs have been great and the eating has been good. I’ve recently upped my calories to 1700-1900 a day and it’s good to see the weight still coming off. I think it’s the light weight training and the boost in metabolism that’s pushing that along. This is the week that I’m going from ‘light weights’ to moderately heavy and cranking up the protein consumption. Gonna keep the cardio at the same level for now.
