Late weigh in

Hey guys, I couldn’t weigh in yesterday morning so I got in early this morning to get the numbers.  Down another 3 to 282.  I was hoping for more, but with my current routine I feel confident it will continue to slide right off.  I’m looking forward to doing way better than the 235 by July!

    Congrats, man! That’s spectacular. If that is a “minimum week” for you, you’ll have no trouble at all zipping by the 235 before July. Now you can almost zero in on the Pirate…

    Are you more used to the drastic changes yet (I mean the eating mainly)?

    Good work Rob!! He has had a better start but I wouldn’t put him past me yet. July is a long way off. We may need to get another thing going in July to keep the weight off. That has always been the hardest part for me. 6 months to take it off 6 weeks to put it all right back on.
