Still chugging along

Another solid week — down 2 more pounds to 211. I wanted to hit that 210 mark this week, but after the excruciating/amusing back injury, I decided to skip the gym this weekend to let it heal so it would not linger on and on. Instead, I ate all vegetarian this weekend, with the exception of a little turkey bacon wrapped around my extremely hot, fat-free cream cheese filled jalapenos (thanks to the Monk again for the idea).

The good news is that keeps me on pace to make my mini-Vegas goal of 205. 6 more pounds, 3 more weeks. It’ll be close because I feel that my progress is slowing — but I guess the results are still good, so I’m content.

    Thanks. I think I’m pretty much over it now, so I’ll hit the gym in a little while. My wife (bless her) gave me a fantastic massage and worked out the huge knot this weekend.

    I did, however, play a little Wii tennis yesterday and now I can barely move my right shoulder.

    That Wii is something.

    My wireless router gave out this weekend so I’m off to the Wal-Mart to pick up a new one and browse the Wii titles. Need to mix up the workout you know.
