Whoopsies…..
Unexpected and disappointing results this week. I’m up. Up a lot. My diet was very protein heavy, I included a heck of a lot more weights in my work and sped up the pace on the treadmill. Cheats were a little more numerous this week, had a not so healthy Mexican meal – a sugar cookie – and two cinnamon rolls over the weekend, but my increased activity level should have burned that right off though. Anyway, I weighed in at 206 this week. It might be new muscle or it might be the cheats. This is going to make the Vegas goal pretty tough.

I wouldn’t want to be your treadmill this week! If I were a betting man — oh wait, I AM a betting man — I say you’ll lose at least 5 pounds this week. I know this setback will motivate you like nobody’s business.
Not that you need to hit it that hard — we’re all bound to have setbacks and with your early progress in this contest you can afford one.

Ain’t that just like a Southerner — wins a few battles, then folds up like a house of cards when the REAL fighting begins.
