Ummm…..That Hurt! Part II

All of the treadmill time has come back to bite me in the ass.  My knee is basically immobile now.   Walking is now causing pain, where as before it only hurt when I ran.   Cardio is out for at least a week while I let this thing heal up a little.  It’s going to be tough but I’ll have to cut back on the calories this week and up the weights a little to stay in the game.  Any exercise will help I suppose.  With Steve lusting after my weight loss leader title, this couldn’t have come at a worse time.

    If it makes you feel any better, I was going to kick your ass anyway.

    Seriously — take the time to heal. It’ll be worth it in the long run, and you’ve gotten out to such a great start you can afford to coast for a couple of weeks if you need to.
