Bad week, but still down a touch
I was telling the Cap this week that I ate poorly (not really cheats, just too much snacking after the sun went down) and only two bouts on the Stairmaster. Still, I’m down a half pound. Technically I’m in at 198.8, but I round that up to 199. My goal is to be at 197.5 or lower at next Monday’s weigh in.
