Need more speed
I stayed up all night Sunday night trying to meet a deadline for work this morning. This caused me to drink mass amounts of caffeine and water screwing up my normal Monday morning weigh-in. Even with that in mind I was down only 1 pound to 274. I had been as low as 272 earlier in the week. I need to put two really big weeks in to hit my Vegas goal, but I still think it is doable.
I have been moving in the right direction the last few weeks but the pace is still so slow. I am going to hit the YMCA both in the morning and at night to see if I can’t things sped up.
