Tough Scales

I was down about two pounds earlier in the week, but ended up just down one this morning.  I had some cheats on the weekend but still got in the gym aplenty.  I never did get the hour walk in, but I did interval walking/running on Saturday and Sunday.  I have my work cut out for the Vegas weight, but I’m pushing.

Email Rob (I need all the encouragement I can get!)

You lost, which is good — but it’s soon going to be time to step it up another notch (the food more than the working out — I know your kicking ass on that end) — ESPECIALLY after Vegas. It’s getting down to nut cuttin’ time, and you still need a couple pounds per week — don’t want to have to scramble those last two weeks!

Suggestion — If you’re gonna have cheat meals, do it Monday or Tuesday — not on the weekend. You’re shooting yourself in the foot to cheat a day or two before you weight in, as you have no time to burn the cheats off. I know that it’s hard not to cheat at least once throughout the week — but you should make it early on instead of the weekend.
