Back at it

Ate well yesterday, did 30 minutes on the Stairmaster and 15 minutes of lifting. No eating after 8. Back up this morning with a Captain’s special Morningstar Farms sausage muffin with jalapenos. Ready to pack on a little muscle, finally.

    Damn I missed those breakfasts over the Vegas trip. I think that is the entire key to my weight loss. I am starting to think I could eat anything I want, as long as I have those little bastards for breakfast I’ll be okay. But I probably won;t test that theory.

    I planned to start working out today, but have contracted what appears to be some strain of tuberculosis. I’ve been coughing, aching, blacking out, plants in my home have been dying as I approach them, etc.

    Hopefully I’ll shake it by tomorrow. Either that or hopefully it will cause my weight loss to move even faster.
