Down a half pound since last week…not a huge loss, but actually just about right for my planned pace from here on out. Started back lifting regularly this week, and loaded up on supplements, so I plan to be putting on as much muscle as I can manage and slowly shaving off some excess fat with some Stairmaster time at a little bit lower intensity. We’ll see. Anyhoo…down a half pound and plodding toward 190 from now until July.
