New scale
After the Vegas trip I decided to invest in a new more accurate scale. I weighed in at 273 this morning on the new machine. I think my old pre-WWII scale was 5 pounds or so off.
I haven’t had a drink since Vegas and I feel this change will start to pay big dividends in the coming weeks. I am going to Orlando with the wife in 3 weeks and I have set another mini-goal of 260 to hit before then. This will be a tough mark to hit so quickly, but without the booze it should be possible.
