Stellar week

down a little over 5lbs to an even 275 (I didn’t get a chance to use Steve’s tenth pound fancy shmancy scale, but weighed in at the Y this morning) so that number may be lower.  Or higher— but the Heel doesn’t think that way.  I ate real good, but I’m surprised at the drop because I wasn’t able to work out hardly at all.  I’ve been sick as a dog since we got back from Vegas and today is not better.  I did run quite a bit on Saturday, but Sunday was nothing but laying around.  Look to be hard at it again tonight and tomorrow!

    Good work, my man. Keep up the 5 pound weeks. We’re almost to the halfway point and you’re kicking ass so far. Dude — you’ve lost 25 pounds! That’s pretty amazing if you think about it. 50 will be even more amazing when you get there.
