The descent continues
Down nearly another pound this week to 203 even. Earlier in the week I was thinking fluke due to 205 and 206 weigh ins, but I got it together over the weekend, ate well, and lost a little.
I need to get back to the gym, or at least walking the dogs. It is supposed to be inthe 70s here through Wednesday, so I hope to get out and walk the dogs for 4 or 5 miles each day.
I think I might make a run for the goal this week (3 more pounds) so I can meet the goal by the halfway point. We’ll see how sore my body gets when I start exercising again…
