Sorry I’m late

Kept telling myself to go post my weight yesterday but it kept slipping my mind. I weighed in at 199.0. I’m surprised it wasn’t worse, since I didn’t eat well or exercise much. I am in a rut… I know I’m going to make the goal and I also know how much time is left, so I seem to keep slipping into sloth. Not the all-out chocolatefest that the Monk describes, but just not being superstrict anywhere.

On the bright side, I got my new Muscle & Fitness and it is probably the best issue I’ve ever read. It’s the fat-burning special, and it’s got this article in it that perfectly spells out 12 principles of eating clean in terms of fat-burning. Pretty good stuff. I have actually eaten fine today and yesterday. Going to start doing my cardio first thing in the morning after I wake up, since apparently doing it before you eat burns fat much better than any other time. Walked yesterday with Mia. Haven’t hit my Stairmaster yet in the a.m., but only because my in-laws are here and their room is on the other side of the exercise room and it’d probably wake them up.

Anyhow, that’s my situation.
