Back in the right direction
Not sure how I pulled it off, since I had another listless week of half-ass eating and not exercising, but I managed to lose 1.5 and get back down to 197.5. As of this morning, I am working the whole slow carb/fast carb system described in the M&F issue that I wrote about a while back, so things are finally looking up. I’d love to crash the scene next Monday with my all-time low, which would be (I think) 195.5. Eating superclean, that’ll be easy. We’ll see, though.
