Bad week

Bad, bad week actually.  I didn’t eat well or excercise hardly at all this week (except Saturday, where I busted ass) and it showed on the scale.  I’m up a little over a pound to 271.2.  I will make up for it this week.  I had a rough week with school and work but I’m getting it back together starting today.  It’s crunch time and I know it.

    Although you may not want to hear it — my math says you need over 2.5 pounds per week from here on out. Any more bad weeks and you’ll have to hurt yourself to have any chance to make it! Come on, buddy! Focus on the finish line now…

    I think you should keep trying. You didnt sign up to be left with nothing good out of it. When this is all over with you’re going to look back and be proud that you didnt give in to the fat in you gut. I proud of you for trying and getting this far, because i know its hard. Good luck and keep losing!!!!!!!
