I am right at 205 again this week. I made it back to the gym, but that made me very sore for a few days. si I did not go as much as I wanted.
On a better note, I purchased a fancy adjustable dumbbell set for the house and started my weight training yesterday. The General hooked me up with a program and I’m excited to see if adding weight lifting will kick in another high level of fat burning to take me to my goal and beyond.
