March Fatness
That is not an appropriate title at all for my week…I just wanted to say that before March was over.
I had an awesome week — down 3.5 pounds to 194. Four pounds away from the goal. I’m telling you, anyone who wants to take the fat loss into another gear should pick up that Muscle & Fitness and read the “12 Laws of Fat Burning” and the sample diet. It was critical to my scale domination this week.
