Trend is over
I’m down 2 to 201. Didn’t do anything special, just cut out a lot of fried foods and slowed way down on the sweets. 6 pounds ’till my goal weight. I’ll do it, again.
Surprising Loss
Down to 203.5 — unexpected since I did not really buckle down this week. Maybe my body just knows what it is supposed to do now and does it regardless of my actions. Wouldn’t that be nice…

I spent the weekend moving and had some real cheats in the process. I couldn’t hit the gym for lunch but checked my weight on the way back from campus this afternoon. 266. Not too good.

Not exciting, but one pound down from last week. I go back to the doc today to see if two weeks of battle has finally killed my pneumonia.
meh….
I weigh 203. I have no excuse except I love cookies.
Complacency
I consciously chose to be a lazy, eat-everything slob this week and it cost me a couple of hard earned pounds. 206 even for the week. Nothing to be proud of, Russ.

Still going
I’m sorry I’m late with this post, and have been downright terrible in getting my pics in, but I’m still alive and still losing weight. Not as fast as I would like, but I’m making gains. 265.4 on the magic scale Isaacs gave me, but I’ve cheated some since Monday’s weigh in. I’ll be alright.

I’m back home now and back to my own scale, and voila — 203.9! I’m very happy about that, since I did nothing whatsoever to deserve or earn it. Last week was a little hectic, so hopefully I can get back into the exercise mode this week.
