Back on track
Not a huge loss for me this week, but the scale started to move left a little again. I’m sorry for the late weigh in, but put me back at 270 for the week. I don’t know if there are any tenths of pounds, since I weighed in at the Y during lunch. I have my work cut out, no doubt, but I feel real good. I just haven’t had any time to work out lately with my schedule, so I may have to go REAL strict on the diet. Hopefully in the next week my schedule will open up and I can sprint to the finish. I’m in it to the end folks.

Hey, Mr. RP — I did some math out for you. That’s 13 remaining weeks for 35 pounds — exactly 2.7 pounds per week you gotta lose from here on out. Boozing or the lack thereof will be your downfall/salvation.
