Well…at least I didn’t gain
I am down exactly 1/2 pound to 204.5 I had some food cheats during the week, but I also ate very well the rest of the time (better than usual) and started lifting. I am hoping that this week I can break through the wall that I’ve hit.
I am going to try to stick to that Muscle & Fitness diet that the General talked about — that should help me get over the hump.
