Sorry for the late post here, Fatties. In shame I report that I gained one pound last week. Too much cheat-eating, not enough exercise. Weighed in this morning back at 194, for what it’s worth. I’m trying to focus on a lower goal — 185, for now — to get myself out of the mindset that I don’t have to work that hard to reach my goal since I’m only 4 pounds away. I’d be pretty jazzed if I could get down to a healthy 180-185. Never weighed that low since junior high, if I recall.
