Back to normal
I’m back home now and back to my own scale, and voila — 203.9! I’m very happy about that, since I did nothing whatsoever to deserve or earn it. Last week was a little hectic, so hopefully I can get back into the exercise mode this week.
It will be just a little bit harder from here on out since I am a year older as of yesterday.

Do I ever! If he had dieted like I do, and if people like YOU had not sinned, maybe he’d still be alive. And 2,040 years old.
