Complacency

I consciously chose to be a lazy, eat-everything slob this week and it cost me a couple of hard earned pounds.  206 even for the week.  Nothing to be proud of, Russ.

I vow to work hard and eat well this week.  I have a date set on my calendar as “Go Time” as well — a few weeks from now.  Although I will continue to eat well and work out, that date is going to be a trigger of sorts to hit the high caloric burn button and take me way past my goal.
