I guess the last 5 are the hardest…
I am flummoxed about my progress again this week. After finally getting things rolling last week, I was motivated like never before — and worked harder than I have since 2-a-day football practices in high school — no kidding. I was getting up to 7 miles of sprint/walk routines in one day.
What do I get from it? A loss of .4 down to 205 even. Happy f’ing birthday to me. I have to believe that maybe it is just a skewed weigh in or something — no way I could not have lost more with the way I ate well and worked my ass off. But it is what it is — I guess I have to work harder and eat less these last 3 weeks.
I am going to do this, though — there is no doubt in my mind.

C’mon man you can do it. I had a real good week and I feel much better. I know I won’t reach my goal in time, but I WILL REACH MY GOAL…I’m pullin for ya’.

Thanks for the support — but there is no way in this world I will NOT make that goal, so you don’t have to worry about that one bit.
