Really good week

I couldn’t weigh in until last night at the gym, but I’m glad I did.  I’m down another 3 to 266.  I worked well in the gym last week, but I ate next to nothing for a few days in a row and I’m sure I can hang the weigh in on that.  I also changed up a little bit and weighed in on the dial scale we have here at the office this morning.  The YMCA scale is very forgiving (it’s one of those old dr’s office scales that can be different depending on how/where you stand) but this one here is not.  It’s dead on balls accurate and it weighed me the same this morning.  I fell off the wagon for a while, but it feels good to be back in the swing!

    Yeah — you either stayed the same, went down to 263 — or are a terrible, terrible liar! ;)

    But I forgot to give you praise — and it is well deserved. Great job getting back at it. I know it’s hard to get back in the swing, but once you do it comes a lot easier. 3 lbs a week is great going!
