The Monk Loses An Astonishing 11 Pounds
Official weigh in this morning puts me at 215. I’ll be sick of Egg Beaters, tuna and chicken in a couple of weeks. The vegies are the best part of the diet so far. Gonna mix it up tonight with some squash and onions.
