I had a bad week
on the diet end, but still got into the gym regular and worked out real hard. These are not the results I expected. I got on the scale here at the office this morning and I weighed in at 265.

Back on the beat
of running and eating well has got me down another 3 to 266.
I started back
with the strict diet and got back in the gym every day last week and lost 4 pounds. I’m back under 270 at 269. I know mathematically I’m eliminated but I need to lose this weight so I’m motivated to do the best I can this week.
Progress…

Up for the week
I’m up to right at 269 for the week. I know this is the wrong direction (sodas and eating have killed me) and I have a long way to go to hit the goal. I’m getting back on track.
Still going
I’m sorry I’m late with this post, and have been downright terrible in getting my pics in, but I’m still alive and still losing weight. Not as fast as I would like, but I’m making gains. 265.4 on the magic scale Isaacs gave me, but I’ve cheated some since Monday’s weigh in. I’ll be alright.
A good week
