New Exercise
Hey guys, I came across something last night that’s a real calorie burner. I put Jay-Z’s “Show Me Whatcha Got” into my MP3 last night and danced furiously to it until 4 a.m. I had to burn at least 1000 calories. You guys should try it.

I still didn’t have the best week of exercise, but being stricter on my diet paid off. I’m down to 289 this week. All systems go boys!

Meat today for the first time in a long time for lunch. I ate the last of the leftover turkey with my salad and radishes. It felt good. I could’ve eaten the whole turkey. Alive.
